Omg... I got this book at a local book swap on Thurs and I could NOT put it down. Read it all evening and through most the night.. even skipping dinner! Wow, how much did I love Saber! The way all these brothers interact had me laughing my butt off. Reminded me so much of my brothers when I was growing up.
By the time morning hit, I was CRAZY looking for The Wolf, I found The Wolf, The Master and The Storm. (And ordered the others at the local book store which I HOPE to have by this coming week).
I already killed book 2, and I just started Dominors story. Its taking all my strength to wait for the books in between and NOT dive right into The Storm.
I havent been THIS excited for a book series in a SUPER long time..
THANK YOU JEAN!!! |

MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAAA!!
*ahem* Sorry...
...Well, not really; I mean, let's be honest, who wouldn't muahahahah after hearing such high praise and testimony to the insidious addictiveness of one's writing? *mweeheehee*
But it isn't meant to offend, honest! (It's just me indulging in my sheer delight, which I've decided is best expressed through evil laughter. Because evil laughter is fun, relaxing, releases endorphins, and just sounds uber-cool. When done properly, of course.)
You'll probably want to read THE SONG (book 4) before THE STORM (book 6)...though you can read THE STORM before THE CAT (book 5), since THE CAT and THE STORM take place more or less at the same time... I mean you can read THE STORM before THE SONG, et all (just don't read THE MAGE, book 8, before having read books 1-7, or it just won't make enough sense), since I wrote books 1-7 thoroughly enough that you could read them in any order and still make some sense of the overall story...but chronologically is better, I'll admit.
*hugs*
